2. Payment and Cancellation

Services are invoiced in advance of execution. Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. No long-term commitments are required.

3. Deliverables and Ownership

Upon full payment, the client retains complete ownership of all customized strategies, web assets, copy, reports, and directory citations created on their behalf. SEOcore Rank retains rights to general processes and reusable codebase logic.

4. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing necessary website access credentials, brand assets, contact information, and feedback in a timely manner. We are not liable for campaign delays resulting from missing client resources or approvals.

5. Disclaimer

While we apply rigorous white-hat SEO and paid campaign methodologies, search algorithms and ad auction dynamics are controlled by third-party search engines and social networks. We make no guarantees of specific search ranking position numbers or conversion volumes.
